Refunds/Returns/Cancellations

After you place your order it is immediately submitted for processing. If you would like to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing jessmonetpersonalized@gmail.com. There are no guarantees on changes being accepted. However, we will try our best to make requested accommodations when able.

Due to the custom nature of our products, once production has began, orders can not be refunded, cancelled, nor returned. 

It is expected that with use your tumbler, boards, glasses, shirts, etc. will be subjected to normal wear and tear. Jess Monet Personalized, LLC is not responsible for any damage caused as a result of improper or lack of care as well as normal wear and tear.
